Industrial building, which has strong technical features, unique image, embodies the technology aesthetics and industrial civilization, is an important characterization of the industrial society. Industrial building is an important part of the modern city, it's not only necessary for industrial production, but also important for social and urban's normal operation. Moreover, many new industries of industrial buildings appeared in the center of many cities, which directly affect the image of the city. Under this case, this paper discusses the related problems of the designing of industrial building innovation, which limited only to the practice application of the designing of the industrial architecture innovation methods, but not consider specific to the thinking mode and the discipline cross of the designing of industrial building innovation methods.This paper first analyzes the influence factors of the designing of the industrial building innovation, which include production factors, environmental factors, cultural factors, technical factors and product factors. Then it analyzed the innovative ways based on the designing of the industrial building, including space innovation, image innovation and technological innovation, etc. Higher humanization, sustainability and enterprise culture idea which are demanded in the modern industrial building are reflected in these ways. At the same time, the paper points out plenty of examples to constitute the instance and summarized analysis of innovative approaches, which are typical for other categories of the design of the industrial building, and play the role of inspiration and reference. In China, the designing of the industrial building innovation has not been paid enough attention. The division of civil technologist and architect of disjointed still exist between industrial building and architect. The research of industrial building innovative can cause relevant personage to the value of industrial building innovative,then improve the level of designing and building, make the image of the city more beautiful, embodied humanistic care, so we can make positive contribution to create a more harmonious and beautiful environment.
