At present,China’s large and medium-sized cities lack systematic research and guidance in the development of old industrial building recycling projects,which leads to a series of problems,such as poor building quality,waste of construction resources,serious environmental pollution and unsatisfactory project operation effect.This paper studies the recycling design of old industrial buildings,in order to provide design ideas for the space reconstruction of old industrial building recycling,and improve the success probability and comprehensive value of relevant project development.By selecting the representative recycling cases of old industrial buildings in Xi’an and surrounding areas,this paper analyzes the recycling function mode and internal space of different old industrial buildings,and summarizes the ways of space reconstruction.AHP-TOPSIS mathematical model is used to verify and analyze the selection of recycling mode,structural reinforcement of construction technology,combined with cases.Firstly,taking the challenges and opportunities faced by the recycling of old industrial buildings under the development of urbanization as the background,and based on the comparison of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the recycling of old industrial buildings in terms of space design,recycling mode,structural reinforcement of construction technology,defines relevant concepts and combs relevant theories.Secondly,it analyzes the functional mode and internal space of the recycling of old industrial buildings,and combs the reuse and reconstruction methods of the internal space of old industrial buildings combined with cases.Then,it analyzes the value,types and characteristics of the old industrial building recycling mode and the structural reinforcement of construction technology scheme,and establishes AHPTOPSIS selection model and relevant evaluation index system to effectively guide the mode selection and construction process of recycling and improve the building quality.Thirdly,the model is applied to the analysis of the selection of recycling mode in the case of Xi’an Dahua yarn factory.It is calculated that the comprehensive superiority of creative industry type is 74.17%,which is the highest among the seven modes,it is the best scheme for mode selection.Through the analysis of the structural reinforcement scheme selection of the reconstruction project of the school history hall in the new campus of Weicheng middle school,it is calculated that the comprehensive superiority of the reinforcement scheme pasted with CFRP is55.75%,which is the best scheme among the three alternatives.After comparing the calculation results with the actual project,it is in line with the expected results,which verifies the adaptability and feasibility of the selection model and evaluation index system constructed in this study.Finally,based on the research on the recycling design of old industrial buildings,this paper discusses the experience and future development trend of the recycling of old industrial buildings.
