Rotary Air-conditioner Compressor Matching Convenience Design Research

This article is about how to evaluate the convenience of the Air-conditioner RotaryCompressor. First since the rapidly change of the market and the smaller gap oftechnical level among different compressor makers, the research of the compressorconvenience became much more important. Second by structuring the compressorsusers'feeling and comprehending models and using the method of impact factorsweight evaluation we can get the evaluation system construction of convenience.Then after summarizing the data from our investigation and real examples the, we setdifferent weight to 2 main factors: the investment of compressor matching and theattention level of our clients. Finally the evaluation system of compressorconvenience came out. Finally this system is applied in a new model compressordeveloping process to evaluate the convenience of it. By this we could check theperformance of the system. QFD tool is used during the improvement process of theconvenience. After that the improvement result can be also checked by same system.
