Approach Of Monitoring Large-scale Equipment

As the key equipment in the production settings of Petrochemical enterprise, the normal functioning & effective management of rotating machine has a crucial impact on enterprise.The original online monitoring system of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company did not thought over the storage and translation of real-time data in the design period. It serious affected the normal working of original online monitoring system when more and more machines came in the system. The translating in the network had come slow and the real-time data is too enormous to store. For this, this paper presents a new approach and re-designs the whole system for the defect mentioned above. A new method of Event-based monitoring and data storage is proposed. Further more, we improve the method of data translation on network. And we develop user client software by Java Applet technology. The problems are well resolved in the original system.This paper fulfilled multichannel parallel and synchronization data acquisition with the latest data acquisition and signal analysis technique. This affords the power technical support for pick up the vibrant frequency at fault. The stability, reliability, expansibility and usability have been considering in this paper.
