Indoor thermal environment are affected by air temperature, humidity, air velocity, plane radiant temperature .The combined effects of air temperature and other factors form a specific working or living environment for the people. In the above combined effects of the physical environment, the interior living people will perceive different degrees of thermal comfort. The subjective feeling of thermal comfort are affected by dressing and activating also, Including psychological and physiological. In order to describes and compares the thermal sensation, the subjective indicators are quantitated, while developing a variety of standards such as ISO and ASHREA. The testing equipment to test the index - thermal comfort developed in virtue of the quantitative indicators.At present, the testing methods of thermal comfort make reference to ISO7730 and ASHREA55 standards, testing equipment has been largely monopolized by foreign brands. This is mainly due to China's thermal comfort research has not yet too popular, the starting point later, while limited by the accuracy of the test sensors. Based on the above, this article analysed and compared the features and characteristics of IAQ apparatus, reviewed thermal comfort basis theoretical and methods, previewed thermal comfort index PMV-PPD testing methods and test equipment development. In addition , article refered to the relevant international standards, the national standards and the European standard, found whether they been reasonable and scientific and applicability for Asia, especially to chinese.The testing method and testing equipments for the thermal comfort is the focus of this article, including the following aspects: analyzed how variables of the thermal comfort equation affected the outcome of PMV; how to select sensors of testing equipments; how to calibrate the accuracy of testing measurement; how to process the testing results. The testing system include: sensors, AD acquisition module, processing CPU, communication protocol, software.Finally, a experiment been used to validate the testing results of testing equipment in Beijing , all the experimenters were author's colleagues, both for adult health middle-aged office workers. Finally, experimental data were analyzed and compared for further verification to find the comfortable conditions for typical office environment!...
