China's construction operation has many different modes due to the differences of regions and economic levels, under the different building operating mode, the indoor thermal environment and thermal comfort are also different. Urban residential buildings in cold region mainly rely on the centrally heated system in winter, intermittent air-conditioning operation mode in summer. In rural areas due to economic development level, most residential buildings depend on natural ventilation models to adjust the temperature. In the cold region, people feel different thermal sensation and thermal comfort between the urban inhabitant and rural inhabitant because they use different functioning system to maintain the buildings. As economic and technological development and rising living standards of the cold area, resident in the cold rural area have a higher requirements for a comfortable indoor environment. In recent years, building a better living condition for the people in the rural area draws much attention because promotion for building a new socialist countryside. Improving the living Condition of farmers become the critical tasks of the new countryside-construction.Thus, research of indoor thermal comfort for the urban and rural inhabitant in cold region has a great practical and theoretical significance.(1)After the analysis of the human thermal comfort in the housing of the cold regions, the thermal sense of the 95% of the residents are in the acceptable limit, the temperature range of 80% of the residents is 16.4-24.0℃in winter,26.0-30.7℃in summer. The thermal neutral temperature in winter 17.0℃, expectation temperature 17.4℃, the thermal neutral temperature in summer 27.0℃, expected temperature 26.7℃. The MTS is higher then PMV, while in summer, the MTS is lower than that in winter. Urban resident thermal comfort adaptive model in cold region is: (2)We get the conclusion that to 43% of the rural areas without any heating supply, the thermal sensation is in the acceptable range, but to the heated houses, it is 59% in winter, to 92% of the residents, the thermal sensation in summer is in the acceptable range.80% of the residents think that in winter, the acceptable temperature is between 9.0℃and 15.8℃, in summer, it is between 20.7℃and 29.5℃; the thermal neutral temperature in winter is 11.6℃, the expected temperature is 12.9℃, the thermal neutral temperature in summer 25.8℃,25.0℃is the expected temperature.The MTS in winter is higher in winter is higher than PMV, while in summer MTS is lower than PMV. The thermal comfort of the adaptive model in the urban residents in cold regions is(3)Compare cold regions of the human thermal comfort of urban housing with rural residential thermal comfort, the thesis get the conclusions:Rural are more sensitive than urban residents about indoor temperature; generally,80% of urban residents should be adopt higher temperature than rural residents, but rural residents can be adopt many different indoor temperature modes, expected temperature in winter were higher than enthusiastic of temperature, while in summer the temperature below the thermal neutral temperature expected, the city's thermal neutral temperature is higher than the thermal neutral temperature in rural areas; the city's comfort temperature greatly influenced by the indoor temperature, while the rural areas by the outdoor natural climate largely; contrast urban and rural residents adaptive model of thermal comfort found that the correlation coefficient of rural residents is larger than urban residents and temperature range is wider than urban residents.
