Abstract/Summary:
As the IEC61850 standard has been gradually recognized, digital substation will lead the automation technology development of substations with its distinct advantages—system reliability, economical efficiency and simplicity to maintain. Fault recorder is a important device to realize the failure analysis functions in the digital substation. Its development must meet the communication network based information interaction and information layering and filtering requirements in the digital substation. The paper conducts the research under such a kind of background.This paper analyzes the communication network based transmission mechanism of analog quantity sample value and quantity of state data in the digital substation. On the background of analog quantity and switching quantity respectively using the form of SMV message and GOOSE message as the input information of fault recorder, the article has put forward the integrated structure of fault recorder in the digital substation and made a detailed analysis on the functions of each module in the fault recorder according to the information layering and distributing computing thinking.This article has analyzed that the construction of a unified information platform is the premise for intelligent devices to carry out their"seamless"communications when the intelligent electronic devices centering on the micro-processing technology have achieved the substation automation system functions. Therefore, it is necessary to establish information model and communication service model for intelligent devices in accordance with uniform standards. This paper has introduced the"decomposition + combination"modeling thinking of IEC61850 standard, and taken some specific examples to analyze the logical nodes modeling process based on the thinking. The thesis focuses on three major types of logic nodes: RADR, RBDR, RDRE in the establishment of fault recorder function information model.The article has suggested that information flow from the fault recorder should be organized according to the information layering and filtering principle to solve the existing problems in the current failure analysis system. The innovation of the study is combining related theory in P2P communication to build a fault recorder management analysis system model, which has met the fault information layering and filtering requirements, and proved that the feasibility of P2P theory's application in the fault recorder analysis management system.
