With the development of society, the vehicle systems will be used more and more extensive, as a variety of systems want to be portable and removable. In the vehicle systems, vehicle-owned power supply is indispensable. Traditional vehicle-owned power supply usually use the inverters with the general frequency transformer , which brings many shortcomings such as the large volume and low efficiency. With the development of the power electronic devices and power electronics technology, the use of the inverters with the high-frequency transformer, can be a good solution to the problems of the traditional vehicle-owned power supply systems, at the same time can guarantee the output voltage of the vehicle-owned power supply system more stable and smooth. In this paper, the author launched the theoretical research and design of the inverter with the high-frequency transformer.This article analysed the performance indicators of the system and the existing topology of the power electronic circuits, then choosed one topology for the system and analysed the principle of the main circuit; the author also compared against several commonly modulations of the SPWM inverter and selected the unipolar SPWM modulation.This article analysed and researched the voltage and current each node in the main circuit, based on the parameters of the proposed system and the selected main circuit topology. On this basis it completed the design and selection of the high-frequency transformer, the filter circuits and the devices of the main circuit.This article also constructed the system block diagram of the control structure and described the functions of the various components based on the platform of the TMS320F2407.It completed the hardware circuits design based on the TMS320F2407 chip, including the sample conditioning circuit, the driver circuit and so on. It built a chain of high frequency inverter circuit model with the voltage closed-loop used the MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox, made simulation, and analysed the simulation results.
