According to the wide application requirements of inverters, which is used in the communication and the use of new energy etc (Solar battery, Wind power, etc), inverters is studied in the area of these requirements; such is a common feature of the low-voltage DC input and 50Hz sine ware AC output. On the basis of a wide investigation, the high frequency link inverters that the main circuit is full bridge converter and the controller is DSP and UCC3895 is designed.Above all,the research on domestic and international high frequency inverter is introduced. High power density and high efficiency is the goal that modern power electronic converters is pursing, and that high frequency link technology,which is the keystone of the paper, has huge advantage of high power density and high efficiency. The programme that the paper adopts is low DC voltage to high DC voltage, then to AC. The programme is simple and can be realized easily, although which has three power conver taches, also, better combine the high frequency link technology with SPWM inverter technology, which produces 50Hz sine wave with little harmonics.Secondly, in-depth analysis the working principle and circuit characteristics of the DC/DC converter based on phase-shifted full bridge PWM. Devise the main circuit of the DC/DC converter, and select the circuit’s device. Establish the system model and determine the stability of the system in the design of the SPWM inverter; Design the software structure of the inverter’s voltage and current loop; Use the single polarity SPWM and digital PI regulator, let the inverter output stable sine wave.Finally, in the controller design, use the integrate circuit of analogue PWM to control the phase-shifted full bridge DC/DC converter to carry out the power transmission and the constant voltage; Whereas, use the DSP digital circuit to generate SPWM triggered pulse for high frequency SPWM inverter. Achieve better result in eliminating harmonics, raising the switching frequency, simplifying circuit structure, improving the integration, reliability and so on.Experiment proved that the design of the high frequency link SPWM sine wave inverter is improved in size, weight and efficiency.
