As long as the heat transfer medium is water, pipe wall scaling phenomenon will inevitably happen, especially in cooling water power plant of system. Once the pipe wall generates scale, is bound to affect the heat exchange efficiency directly, the existence of dirt, corrosion and microbial growth seriously affected the normal operation of cooling water system, it is also the important reason of low efficiency, energy waste and economic losses. In order to ensure the normal operation of circulating cooling water system, it is necessary for the cooling water to be treated. Treatment of chemical methods will not only cause environmental pollution, also reduce equipment life. High-frequency electromagnetic water treatment method is an efficient and environmentally friendly physical water treatment methods developing in recent years.Based on discussing the mechanism of this high frequency electromagnetic devices,this article gives the main factors that affect the treatment effect. Then introduce a new water treatment device in detail about the structure and control principle, it makes the hardware circuit MSP430 microcontroller as main control chip, including DDS signal generator module, voltage gain control, pre-voltage amplifier, high frequency power amplifier circuit, Liquid crystal display module. In addition, a high-performance state feedback parameter measurement circuit is also designed.For the optimal frequency control, first, determine the bandwidth of water resonant frequency through sweeping, as the output range of optimal frequency. Then two of the most important factors, temperature and conductivity, on the basis of experience in engineering, fuzzy control algorithm determines the optimal bandwidth frequency range. In order to facilitate the microcontroller to achieve intelligent control, fuzzy control algorithm achieve though the table query algorithm. In MATLAB simulation, found the relationship between various factors, validated control algorithm is reasonable. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the design of the device work, it carried out several sets of comparative experiments and found that this design of water treatment device has good scale and bactericidal effect, by taking an intelligent control algorithm, the device has a significant overall performance Increased.
