With the continuously improvement of construction test accessing system, non-metallic ultrasonic detectors have become an indispensable item of various accreditation . However, the current domestic testing method and equipment for the instruments is not yet sound.At this background, utilizing the platform of AQSIQ scientific research project, Nanjing Institute Of Measurement and Testing Technology independently developed a set of automatic test equipment for non-metallic ultrasonic detector. Its control system uses PC + movement control card structure model and use VC++ completed the user interface development. This paper mainly studies the following aspects:1. The test methods of non-metallic ultrasonic detector are studied by the principles of non-metallic ultrasonic detector and the Ministry of Industry requirements of Industry test procedures. Project feasibility, design difficulties and solutions are analyzed, and also do an analysis on the uncertainty of the system to ensure the system meets the requirements of value transfer.2. Air sound speed conditioning devices are structured design and the design program of single key parts are designed to analyzed . The overall design program of hardware part is identified , as well as the main single part.3. PC control card, stepper motors, optical grating are used as a control component, designing the control feedback system. The servo feed system design program , circuit diagram, and work principle are introduced.4. VC + + is used for completing the development of user interface so that can Implement the system automatic control, parameter design, data processing under the Windows platform, and adding a linear regression of data processing methods to do an overall analysis on the performance of equipment.5. The method of using dual-frequency laser interferometer is used to do accuracy debugging on system, and make a precision compensation for software. The uncertainty of the system is verified to ensure the legality of system value transfer.
