Totay, energy issues brought to the worldwide attention. With the development of national industrialization process, the general trend of the energy crisis is inevitable. Throughout the building energy consumption, air-conditioning systems consumes about40%to60%in total energy consumption,it’s accounts for a large proportion.so,energy-saving of air-conditioning system is an important part of Building energy conservation.In recent years, China has also introduced a series of conservation testing standards on Building energy conservation to meet building energy conservation testing carried out. However, because part of the evaluation is for air conditioning system design process, so, directly applied it to the running system is not appropriate. This article mainly research is evaluation indexes and their test methods for the running air conditioning system.The existing air conditioning test evaluation method has its limitations, this paper according to the actual performance evaluation indexes of the existing refrigerator coefficient COP, comprehensive in-situ test, the characteristics of refrigerating machine is put forward an evaluation method for testing. Using the method have two major problems:conversion with the rated load and Standard conditions of COP. In this paper according to the evaluation index of computing needs, researching air conditioning cooling load, formed from air conditioning cooling load characteristics, the cooling load is divided into4classes:indoor heat source heat, solar radiation, heat transfer and air envelope load.And a typical office building in chengdu area construction, build standard day load curve. Then, on the basis of load and the factors influencing of COP analysing, combining with the TRNSYS simulation software, simulation air conditioning system operation, as well as the air conditioning cooling load of the test day are fixed, to convert the COP to the standard conditions, the feasibility of this method is verified by simulation analysis. Then, on the basis of previous analysis, extending the load and COP curve, according to the specific building air conditioning cooling load distribution calculation the part performance coefficient IPLV which is suitable for the evaluation of the running air condition system.Finally, combined with practical engineering test parameters, using the evaluation method described in this article to evalution the air-conditioning system.
