Research On Optimize The Technique Of Highway's Environmental Protection

The construct of highway is very important to push forward economy development, society advanced and life quality improved of a stata or a region. But on the one hand, the construct of highway have superiority of beyond comparison. On the other hand, it will pollute and destroy the zoology's factor with different forms through construction and operation period, such as vegetation, soil, natural landscape, air quality, water resource, noise, and so on. Therefore, highway's environmental protection became gradually a important content of construction. At present, the environmental protection of highway abide by environmental impact assessment and "at the same time the threes", but there are many question and contradiction in our country's highway, which result in installation of environmental protection can not use effectively and express their's original efficacy. For this reason, this article research in-depth in optimize technique of environmental protection, in order to offer supporting of theory and take example by experience.Based on the research of environmental protection's technique at home and abroad, the paper define the technique of highway's environmental protection firstly, which is a combined system and included protection system and measures of environmental protection. We analyse and study the two parts in detailed. Secondly, we analyse and study the otherness of environmental protection's technique of different period and carryover effect of noise protection and water environmental protection, which rely on the programme's practical data of fengyong.cenwu and xiaoxiang highway. Thus we summarize that there are some contradiction and problem in institutional and technological for environmental protection's job of highway. At last, the paper proposed optimize technique of highway's environmental protection which included both Maturity strategy in institutional and workflow in technological.The paper take the noise protection of fenyong highway for example, we optimize the environmental protection's technique and test it. The result indicate that the environmental protection's technique which is proposed in this paper have effectiveness and feasibility.
