Abstract/Summary:
With improvement of the units'capacity and parameters, characteristics of steam turbine become more and more complex. At the same time, higher request to turbine control is put forward. Aiming to know more about the characteristics of the 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit, some researchers are necessary to analyze unit process parameters and simulate some important parameters. This is very helpful to improve turbine control algorithms and increase the efficiency of turbine, and also very important to the design and manufacture of turbine.In this paper, MATLAB combination with Visual Basic is used to implement research and analysis of data during the turbine start period. Based on this, five different start modes (ambient cold start, cold start, warm start, hot start, extreme hot start) are analyzed in-depth. Finally, according to some control requirements and the goal to make simulation more practical, this paper considers collective field data as base value and values obtained from mechanism modeling function as supplement.In this simulation system, control systems can be connected to tune control parameters and check the control properties to shorten the commissioning period. And also, it can be used to train operators to realize the turbine start-up process more economical and safe. Analyzing the characteristics of the 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit is very practical to do some research on advanced control algorithm.
