| Mould manufacturing belongs varieties, small batch, MTO manufacturing model. Its typical processing features are:order's arrival time uncertainly, process uncertainly, unpredictable work hour and so on. The existence of the above uncertainties and mold production belonging multi-mold projects sharing key resource, what leads to mold very difficult to predict the progress of their delivery, and makes production planning difficult on schedule. It results in a lot of mold order tardiness. In order to improve the rate of the mould delivery, to predict the mould delivery, to simulate the mould manufacturing, so that it provides the decision support for the enterprise, it is of great significant.This paper bases on the investigation of the mould workshop's actually production status and uses eM-Plant Object-oriented simulation method to model the mold workshop, then establishes scenario-simulation platform for a mould workshop. This platform not only can analysis the operation of the workshop, but basing the current production status can predict the orders which have not release to workshop, in addition,it can simulate some random factors of the mould manufacturing, such as urgent production orders inserting. The main content of this paper is:Firstly, this scenario-simulation platform is needs analysis from the following factors:mould production process, production management system, simulation platform verification, simulation platform application, then proposed the overall framework of scenario simulation platform for a mould workshop.Secondly, basing on the needs analysis, the scenario-simulation platform for a mould workshop analysis and design from the theoretical model modeling, simulation strategies, simulation model design and simulation platform control model these factors.Thirdly, basing on the needs analysis and platform design, the scenario-simulation platform for a mould workshop is developed. Its core technology includes data driven, simulation controlling, the features of the mould workshop, data record and analysis and so on. Hypothesis testing methods use to verify the validity of scenario-simulation platform.Finally, using this simulation platform simulates current mould workshop production status, predicts the delivery of the mould order. At the same time, it simulates some random factor of the mould manufacturing.This paper basing on analysis the features of the mould workshop have studied construction requirements of the simulation environment. It focuses on the key method of this scenario-simulation. Practice proving the results of this study has practical and promotional value. |
