Aviation composites have been widely used in aerospace because of their unique properties,and the lay-up process of the composite material is done in the tooling mold in purification plant.How to optimize the tooling layout in the purification plant,and develop a reasonable mold field work schedule for the various external factors in the mold dynamic scheduling is the two key problems to improve the utilization ratio and improve the production efficiency of the purification workshop.Due to the existence of a variety of external factors in the dynamic scheduling of the mold,it is difficult to develop a mold on-site scheduling schedule.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the influence factors of die dynamic scheduling and designs corresponding adjustment,and carries out the simulation of the dynamic scheduling of the mold under the influence of production factors,implements dynamic scheduling simulation,so as to make a more reasonable mold operation plan.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A problem of mold layout and scheduling is studied,and a multi-constrained layout optimization algorithm is proposed.The algorithm optimizes the layout problem from the aspects of layout optimization and scheduling sequence optimization.The lowest horizontal line algorithm is used to optimize the position of the mold in the purification plant and the priority of the mold scheduling sequence is optimized by using the priority and heuristic algorithm.(2)A dynamic mold scheduling method considering production factors is put forward.The paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of mold manufacturing,and establishes the mold dynamic adjustment strategy.Including the mould start layout delay strategy,the machining process control strategy and the finish removal interference waiting strategy,and designs the dynamic scheduling process method.(3)The dynamic simulation of mold layout is analyzed,the process flow of mold is simulated by discrete event simulation software.The mathematical model is established on the basis of the analysis of the production factors.The mold scheduling is simulated under the influence of corresponding influencing factors in order to design a method to optimization the mold operation plan.(4)The mold layout system based on simulation is developed to realize the visual localization and interference judgment of the mold in the purification plant and to adjust and improve the mold schedule.Using the specific data of the aviation composite material plant,through comparison and analysis to verify the feasibility and validity of the method. |
