With the micro-nano technology, micro-nano-materials are constantly used in surface engineering, nano-surface engineering are coming into being. This article uses planetary ball mill with serpentine and molybdenum disulfide nano-particles to dispose of the micro-ball surface, which forms a layer of surface modified membrane, which improves the rolling resistance to friction and wear ability.This specific technology roadmap and the following conclusions:(1) This prepares micro-nano-particles by planetary ball mill, and then, using planetary ball mill for processing on the rolling surface, initially identifies two treatment options, one using serpentine micro-nano-particles as the processing of raw materials, ball speed is set to 428r/min, the ball feed ratio of 10:1. The second is the use of molybdenum disulfide nano-particles as a micro-processing of raw materials, ball speed is set to 315r/min, the ball feed ratio of 10:1.(2) This by energy dispersive spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and optical microscope analyses the rolling film formation mechanism of surface modification. the use of serpentine raw material for the surface treatment trials on the basis of the physical adsorption on the rolling surface occurs chemical adsorption, forming a new crystalline silicate of iron. and that molybdenum disulphide as the test material surface treatment mechanism of physical adsorption in the same time, with milling time is extended in the rolling friction surface, which is occurring chemical reaction, forming a layer of protective film containing Mo elements. And scanning electron microscopy analysis of the rolling cross-section of the sample surface topography, and ultimately for the serpentine material measured using the rolling surface modified film thickness is up to 4μm, and molybdenum disulphide as the raw material of the rolling surface modified film is thickness of 2.5μm.(3) for the two treatment options, rolling surface modification coating performance are analyzing and comparing by scanning electron microscopy, micro-Vickers hardness and friction and wear testing machine. In the rolling surface modified film and the substrate with the analysis of strength to get to the serpentine micro-nano-particles as processing raw materials of the rolling surface of the sample film modified state is superior to the combination of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles as the processing micro-material obtained rolling samples. Through the rolling cross-sectional analysis of the hardness gradient tests finds that both treatment programs get rolling surface has a certain degree of hardness increase. In the analysis of friction and wear test results obtains that with serpentine micro-nano particles for the treatment of rolling anti-friction materials are better than molybdenum disulphide micro-nano-materials for the processing of rolling samples.
