Abstract/Summary:
Large tanker auxiliary boiler system is an important energy conversion device to ensure cargo oil and fuel oil heating, cargo pump driving etc. The system has many characteristics, such as small inertia, great dynamic variety, many correlative and restrictive factors between its subsystems etc. The proper operation of auxiliary boiler is the guarantee for the cargo oil loading and unloading, as well as the safe operation of tanker. Therefore, it is essential to carry out study on the modular modeling and the simulator of the large tanker auxiliary boiler system. The large tanker auxiliary boiler simulator can improve the safety and reliability of the boiler operation and the quality of the operator.The present study takes the 75000DWT tanker auxiliary boiler system as the research object. The thesis first analyzes the compositions and the features of the auxiliary boiler system, and then discusses the working process and the dynamic characteristics of each system of the boiler, based on which, the tanker boiler system is divided into ontology system, fuel system, water supply system, steam system, network system and cargo oil heating system. According to the working principles of each system and each component, applying laws of mass conservation, energy conversation, momentum conservation and theories of thermodynamics, heat-transfer, fluid dynamics etc, under simplified conditions,the author establishes the dynamic mathematical model of large tanker auxiliary boiler system by using the method of modular modeling and lumped parameter.On the basis of established dynamic mathematical model, the present study establish the corresponding simulation model by using Matlab/Simulink (real-time simulation tool) and carry out the real-time computer simulation experiment through setting simulation parameters. The experiment results show that each dynamic process conforms to the dynamic response process of real tanker boiler, and the established model is reasonable. Based on the simulation results, the thesis completes the design of remote simulation software, taking Visual Studio 2005 as development platform, Visual for c # as the development language to write the simulation model program and design the simulation interface. And finally, it realizes the communication between remote simulation software and hardware simulation system.The present study on the modular modeling simulation and simulator design of the large tanker auxiliary boiler system can fully reveal its working conditions and actual dynamic process, further the operator's understanding of the operational mechanism, improve the operation and management level, and enhance the thermal efficiency of boiler, as well as make a foundation for the study on the digital and intelligent engine room and the simulation system for the crew training.
