Abstract/Summary:
Marine traffic simulation and traffic environment assessment are the important research fields in marine traffic engineering. They are currently the most important methods of marine traffic engineering plan and feasibility discussion, such as port expansion and channel reconstruction. In order to have a better simulation of ship traffic flow in the traffic environment and have an accurate assessment marine traffic change caused by marine traffic engineering on ship navigation safety, traffic efficiency, people are making use of theory and technology in computers, artificial intelligence and traffic information to improve and develop theories and method for marine traffic simulation and traffic environment assessment.Based on latest analysis about the use of artificial intelligence and complex system of traffic simulation in international front and the summary of others' achievements, an intelligent marine traffic simulation is brought forward. Besides, a corresponding quantitative assessment method of marine traffic environment is brought forward to realize prototype system of marine traffic simulation and the traffic environment assessment.To sum up, this thesis mainly focuses on the following research work:1. By establishing the velocity obstacle of other ships and static objects in the traffic environment on ship Agent, a ship behavior model on the basis of velocity obstacle is brought forward. Marine traffic simulation model of Agent and cellular automata are improved to meet the needs of multi ship communication simulation.2. Based on velocity obstacle of ship Agent, the concept of blocking of ship maneuver space is made use of, this thesis puts forward a new quantitative assessment method for blocking coefficient ship maneuver space, obvious risk and potential risk for a ship, as well as ship maneuver difficulty.3. Based on the research method of traffic simulation model and the traffic environment quantitative assessment method, a prototype quantitative assessment system of intelligent marine traffic simulation and traffic environment is developed by using JAVA language.
