| Polymer modified cement mortar is a very important composites.As a fundamental industrial application research,one-component and bicomponent emulsion on the workability, air content, water to binder, water retention, compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile bonding strength of mortar were investigated.Also explores the different components of content on the modification of polymer modified cement mortar and other mineral admixtures on mortar. The components were optimized according to the application of strengthening structure.The results show that:First of all,Researching the effect of mechanical properties of polymer latex power modified cement mortar.Polymer emulsion and re-dispersible emulsion powders can reduce water consumption and water retention and increase air content of fresh mortar,as well as increasing the cohesion and thixotropy of fresh mortar also increases,so workability of fresh mortars were obserbably modified.Owing to the lower water to binder and polymer film,the flexural strength and tensile bonding strength of mortars were increased when the addition of polymer emulsion and re-dispersible emulsion powders more than a certain amount,but the compressive strength of the mortars falls with the increasing of polymer to binder.Secondly, Researching the effect of mechanical properties of polymer emulsion modified cement mortar.analyzed two-component polymer emulsion(n-butylbenzene and acrylic emulsion latex) under the changing of content,Through the mechanical experimental analyzed properties of mortar modification.The results found that polymer increased the flexural strength and bond strength,of which the largest increasing margin is n-butylbenzene.All polymer has weakened against compressive strength of mortar.Studied the incorporation of sperplasticizer,silica fume and other additives,the performance and strength of polymer modified mortar.We studied mix properties,mechanical properties and durability of polymer modified mortar under suited curing conditions compared with common mortar. The influences of polymer on hydration of cement in mortar were analyzed by SEM, and the mechanism of polymer modified mortar was discussed. The last,with the characteristics of high-strength polymer modified cement mortar, to research the construction technology and with need of engineering,polymer modified cement mortar has been successfully applied in strengthening and repairing. |
