Abstract/Summary:
Once the concept of bridge construction control is offered that get the bridge designers and builders'recognition and support. With bridge spans increasing, bridge construction control is becoming more and more important and become the indispensable part in the bridge construction. With the aesthetic advantages of Single pylon cable-stayed bridge, this type of bridge gets the favor of bridge designers'in actual. Therefore the study of single pylon cable-stayed bridge construction control is very necessary. The paper is based on the grey system theory and the engineering background of Siyang bridge to study the following contents of Single pylon cable-stayed bridge construction control:1,It is introduced the characteristics and the domestic and foreign development of cable-stayed bridges and the mechanical characteristics of single pylon cable-stayed bridge, then puts forward the importance of cable-stayed bridge;2,It is described the basic principle of the construction control, and then introduced its characteristics, classification, content, influencing factors and its analysis method;3,It is expounds the basic principle of cable-stayed bridge construction control system, including its component modules, the development situation, predictive control mechanism and the forecast methods, also introduced how to determine parameters trajectory and how to implementation of cable-stayed bridge construction control;4,Combining Siyang bridge, it is introduced the application of the gray forecast GM (1,1) model in practical engineering practice. Based on the forecast and effective control of the stay cables'initial tensile force and vertical mold elevation, the results show that GM (1,1) model can well predict random and the gray system theory can well applied in cable-stayed bridge construction control.
