With the development requirements of the communications and the progress of construction technology, the requirement of the span become larger. The Cable-Stayed Bridge is a kind of large span bridge form, which is economical, reasonable and aesthetic. Currently, the construction of large span cable-stayed bridge is booming in china, and the Cable-Stayed Bridge will occupy the dominant position in the future. However, the construction of modern long-span bridge is more complex than the traditional bracket construction method, for example the cantilever site cast construction method and the cantilever splicing. Construction will be more difficult and complex, thus the complex cause the structure changes of internal force and displacement. Therefore, the large span Cable-Stayed Bridge need a kind of construction control method for this complex structure. In order to ensure the bridge construct in accordance with the design requirement, so that the internal force and displacement meet the design allowable deviations range. So the construction of the section need construction control by stage. However, many complex factors interfere Construction process and affect the bridge structure internal force and displacement. Simultaneously, the deviation is easily leaded to the linear between the actual state (main beam elevation, the horizontal alignment) and the design state. And the throughout construction process will inevitably be impacted by these factors, if not timely and effectively to control and adjust it, linear and internal forces may significantly deviate from the design goal, even bridge folded will be difficult by the increase of cantilever length of the main beam. In order to avoid and eliminate errors between the actual state and design, need to timely track and control the main beam elevation, so that the linear can be good agreement between the actual linear and design. Ultimately achieve the purpose of the standards of construction quality and security. This paper analyze the main beam elevation deviation between the measured elevation and the theoretical for the state of cable-stayed bridge and construction stage, adjust this elevation deviation and analyze degree of coincide between measured elevation and the theoretical elevation of the main beam. The paper combine with the construction control of Harbin Songpu cable-stayed bridge, the use of MIDAS/CIVIL software simulator construction phase of the main beam elevation control. Based on gray system theory, make GM(1,1) model, and use the MATLAB software to compile procedure in order to predict the main beam installation elevation, and analysis the deviation between predictive data and measured data. Thus proving the feasibility of gray theory of error analysis of large span cable-stayed bridge and linear prediction in the construction control, and this method is applied to similar projects.
