| Building energy-saving is the most effective energy-saving method, and intelligent technology is a effective way in building energy-saving. However, the appropriate assessment tools have not been established. Whether the intelligent building save energy or not, and how much energy saving don't have data support. Intelligent building energy-saving assessment system provides building energy-saving with theoretical and data support in the way of measuring and analyzing the building energy consumption.Currently, intelligent building energy-saving assessment is rare, especially the research on integrating the system uniformly by intelligent technology. In view of this, this paper put forward implementation for building energy-saving assessment, and realize;the system Integrated Management by the Synchro software.First of all, this paper study intelligent technology application in building energy-saving by analyzing the energy-saving policy which use in intelligent building subsystem, such as architectural lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage system, and put forward the object and content of energy-saving assessment.Secondly, according to the object and content of energy-saving assessment, this paper propose the assessment method of intelligent building energy-saving based on energy sub-metering.Thirdly, this paper put forward a way to integrate the Intelligent Energy-saving evaluation system into BMS using SynchroIBMS,so can share data with construction equipment management system. Through SynchroRtPortal software, we add the system into the integrated platform of intelligent building for its integrated management and web publishing.Finally, summarize the work, indicate the direction of future workThis paper put forward the method for Intelligent Building energy-saving assessment, which broadens the contents of building intelligent, enriches the connotation of the intelligent building, have a strong using value and practical significance for advancing building energy-saving. |
