According to the market demand, domestic some construction machinery company design a kind of YZS900t type of uplink type mobile form frame bridge building machine, be called moving concrete factory and bridge manufacturing platform, which can be once assembled at bridge location and sliding construct. Not only is the bridge building machine nonstandard equipment with no special design specification and standards, but also it will bear big load and hostile work environment, so the designers ask for its finite-element analysis in typical working condition and dynamics analysis of wind vibration. All those will do important theory and practice sense to ensure engineering safety. This is the focus of this paper.This paper took YZS900t move support system (MSS, for short) as research object, established its finite element models based on the structural features and the typical working condition. Stiffness strength and stability of this bridge building machine were checked, and the calculation result showed that the MSS met the industry requirement and could be securely used.Modal analysis of the bridge building machine in three conditions was finished. The anterior six step nature characteristics was obtained and compared. Here came the conclusion: the deformation of the main girder in shifting condition was grater than it in pre-making beam condition and making beam condition; the deformation of the pylons system in making beam condition was the biggest.At the end, this thesis studied random wind vibration's response conditions of the single pylons system by using PSD analysis technique. The displacement power spectrum, velocity power spectrum and accelerated speed power spectrum verified that low frequency range's wind load had an obvious effect on pylons system, and that random wind at 2.5HZ caused structure resonance easily.Finite element modeling and analysis with ANSYS may save manpower and material resources and have relatively high calculation and simulation precision which is useful to engineering practice. The study method of finite element analysis of this bridge building machine is providing theoretical foundation and practical guidance for designing the products of same kind.
