In the traffic construction, Bridges play a part as important as the throat. The surrounding and technology of bridge construction are so complex and difficulty that there are lots of risk factors that would have an adverse impact on bridge even make it break down.Meanwhile, it's also influenced by the factitious factors such as the design miscarriage, the construction miscarriage and the overload, etc. Furthermore, the Performance of the bridge materials will also be degenerating continuously. Such factors listed above make the Parts of the bridge structured damnified and inferior.Bridge engineering accidents would have significant influence. On the one hand, the possibility of bridge engineering accident happening is increasing, mainly due to the bridge innovation, human factors, extreme climate, etc. On the other hand, the serious degree of risk accident consequences is increasing, because the scale of bridge investment is huge now, once an accident happens, there will be inestimable losses of life and property. With the advance of science and technology and the development of construction equipment, tools and building materials, Bridge construction technology has upgraded and improved continuously and has become enriched gradually. Linking with complex and high technology and great difficulty bridge engineering is under threat of various accidents and potential threats in its total life cycle, and bridge engineering safety accident especially collapsed accidents occur frequently. The corresponding bridge project risk has been increasingly diversified, so making risk analysis and countermeasures study for bridge engineering also become the essential part of bridge construction process, which has the extremely vital significance for the long-term development of bridge construction.a. Summarized the research background and necessity, and reviewed the domestic and foreign research situation of bridge risk evaluation and safety accident risk analysis. After being discussed, the problems existing in the research of bridge engineering collapse accident risk assessment are given and the research significance is clear. b. On the basis of theories, such as accident causing theories, hazard classification theory, risk analysis theory and emergency management theory, this paper investigated and counted the bridge collapse accident and analyze the causes, summarized the inside and outside causing factors of the bridge structure system which leads to the bridge collapse accidents, in order to provide practical bases for risk analysis and countermeasures of a bridge collapse accident.c. This paper takes the analysis of risk factors pathogenesis of the bridge collapse accident as theoretical guidance and is based on the project——Dimu River Bridge, through the development of the risk source identification principle, analyze the characteristics, foundations and approaches of the risk source identification, then define the risk source identification table and identify the risk factors of Dimu River Bridge project, including inside factors of the bridge structure system such as the steel truss stiffening girder, tower, anchorage and cable system and outside factors, for instance, slope, storm, earthquake, ice and so on, in order to analyze and assess them systematically, furthermore, put forward risk measures.By analyzing and summarizing the experience and lessons of the bridge collapse accidents, it will help the future bridge construction greatly. This paper chooses research subject of the bridge collapse accident risk analysis, in order to help the design, construction and construction unit to fully understand and control bridge project risk, and formulate corresponding preventive measures to reduce risk level, to ensure the safety of bridge avoiding massive losses.
