The steel roof truss structure is widely used in industrial buildings.In the actual use of steel roof truss,damage is caused by a variety of reasons.Once the roof truss is damaged,it is easy to cause large-scale roof collapse.Due to the failure or instability of some components,the internal force distribution and property of the structure will be changed as a result of the load changes on the roof steel frames.In addition,the initial defects formed during production and installation will directly affect the mechanical properties of the structure in the subsequent service process.Through the finite element software SAP2000 and the calculation software PKPM,the mechanical performance and technical condition of the existing single-layer steel workshop roof are analyzed and evaluated reasonably,and the accident damage mechanism is determined,or through the simulation calculation and analysis,the important basis is provided for the safety work of the existing workshop in the subsequent life course.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out reasonable and reliable analysis of mechanical performance and investigation and tracking of technical state of existing steel structure workshops,so as to properly maintain and strengthen the structure.This topic in qingtongxia aluminum industry co.,LTD.,east ningxia branch electrolytic workshop workshop roof collapse as the research object,USES the theoretical analysis,the structure of the engineering survey and analysis calculation method of combining the,around the roof damage factors,effects on the safety of monolayer steel structure workshop system research,and meets the requirement of reinforcement.Firstly,the damage condition of roof truss and damage of components are investigated and analyzed.Second of electrolytic workshop workshop roof and support systems,design,construction and using conditions of plant were investigated,from two aspects,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the structure design,production,construction,installation or use of the overload,size deviation and position deviation and load position deviation,component damage,corrosion and other factors on the structure of the monolayer steel structure workshop and the influence of the components bearing performance and security,and according to the damage factors of monolayer steel structure workshop effect analysis put forward the treatment measures,puts forward the early warning measures,for the normal use of building,maintenance and monitoring to provide scientific basis.
