Abstract/Summary:
G company has been established for 18 years since 2000.As a private enterprise,it has grown into a medium-sized power distribution equipment manufacturer through different development stages of the industry.In the critical period when industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce and opportunities and challenges coexist,G company has a simple business model and lacks in-depth analysis and research on products and markets.It is basically in the state of doing whatever it can.In the fierce competition,the company nearly three years of stagnant development,encountered a major bottleneck.This paper takes G company as the research object,adopts several strategic analysis tools,analyzes the external macro environment with PEST,analyzes the industry competition situation with five forces,analyzes the different quadrants of the existing product line of G company with BCG matrix and determines the key products to be developed,and then analyzes the products to be developed with SWOT and adopts WO strategy.Through detailed analysis of G company locates the external and internal environment,found that customer demand and the existing opportunities presented G company up on the industry value chain downstream high value-added distribution scheme design,power distribution project implementation,operation maintenance integrated services,in the company to carry out the strategy of related diversification development train of thought,make G company development to provide clients with 10kv power distribution project design,equipment manufacturing,power distribution project implementation,operation maintenance of power distribution system integration services related diversification,collectivization of enterprise.Through the analysis of the company’s product line and comb,in the management layer clear shed 220kV,100kV,35kV main transformer,regular high and low voltage complete sets of products,using focus strategy de’velopmejnt intelligent 1-high and low voltage complete sets of equipment,intelligent box-type substation and components,1 OkVSH 15/S13 oil-immersed transformer.lOkVSCB dry type transformer and other high-end technology products,smart,energy conservation and environmental protection products.The development strategy of G company aims to reach the end of 2021 with an annual coutput value of 1.2 billion yuan and become a comprehensive enterprise with integrated power distribution system solutions from design,manufacturing,construction,installation,delivery,operation and maintenance.In the implementation of the strategy,the organization and allocation of corresponding resources that G company needs to implement are determined to reduce the conflicts and confrontations in the implementation of the strategy,and the implementation of the strategy is checked and adjusted regularly.At last,the paper elaborates on the guarantee measures such as corporate culture,human capital,capital and finance,and technology research and development.
