Study On Regionalism Design Of Highway Landscaping In Mount Changbai Area

Regionalism is a major aspect of landscape architecture. It means that the landscape of Highway should embody the regions where it goes through, so as to avoid conformity.The paper firstly introduced the effect and significance of regionalism design of highway landscaping as well as the theories home and abroad. Secondly, it investigated the contemporary development of regionalism design of highway landscaping. It also concerned relevant law regulations for the further study.On the basis of field surveys and information query, the paper laid special stress on analyzing the contents, forms and methods in highway construction projects in Mount Changbai Area, aimed to learn the experiences and think of the deficiency. In the meaning time, the paper studied ideas and cases as well as the regional landscape in Mount Changbai Area. All of these efforts lead to the classic landscape and design method that can be used in highway construction in Mount Changbai Area.
