| Fly ash used in concrete with other materials are second to none quality of the advantages, but due to the type and the nature of coals, fly ash itself has the characteristics of heterogeneity. Water Reduction of fly ash is an important indicator to determine the quality of fly ash,but in the present norms "Fly ash used for cement and concrete"(GB/T 1596-2005), the water demand of fly ash whether reduction ratio is to investigate the water and reduce water good or bad such as reduction important indicator of water features, but the specification given out of the water requirement of fly ash content under in a specific index(fly ash replacement rate of 30%), can not be completely presented characteristics of fly ash, which also makes the work of fly ash on mortar and concrete performance of evaluation has become more general and vague.
