With the progress of social economy, our country’s construction industry is booming. The construction has been updated constantly, it will continue to produce a large amount of waste concrete, which will seriously affect the residents’ life, causing environmental pollution. The development of recycled aggregate concrete is complying to the development of economy in our country, conforming to our country economic interests. Not only can our country economic interests, but also open up a new way for building waste utilization and handle. In order to promote and popularize the application of recycled aggregate concrete, this paper launched study from the following several aspects, (1) look up some literature from at home and abroad, reviewing and analysis researching current situation at home and abroad and existing problems of recycled aggregate concrete. (2) adopt the reasonable technology route, choosing to waste concrete and processing into recycled aggregate. Though refer to JGJ55-2011 regulations of the mix proportion design of ordinary concrete, designing of recycled aggregate concrete basic mix proportion. (3) considering to supplementary water and adopting the twice adding water way, though changing the recycled aggregate replacement rate and shaping up concrete block, and then conduct the high temperature test. (4) heat the concrete block to different temperature respectively, including to normal temperature、150 ℃、300℃、450℃、600℃、 750℃, and use different ways of cooling to cooling, including to natural cooling and water cooling, and then analysis the change rule to the surface characteristics, destroy form and compressive strength of the recycled aggregate concrete with the increase of temperature, finding out under the condition of the different cooling ways and different recycled aggregate replacement rate, the linear relation between compressive strength and temperature. (5) though microcosmic test to analysis the influence of high temperature to recycled aggregate concrete, including to between aggregate and mortar interface structure characteristics, the surface crack of mortar, concrete interior hole size and distribution produced by moisture evaporation.
