The first chapter High梡erformance light aggregate is a kind of high梣uality artificial light aggregate, compare with ordinary light aggregate with the same density grade, it has higher particle strength and lower absorption rate. Sophie High梥trength Ceramsite prepared by the experiments differs from ordinary artificial light aggregate, its barrel compressive strength is at most one grade higher than ordinary light aggregate with the same density grade. Sophie high梥trength ceramsite is the artificial light aggregate obtained by orthogonal test. It uses industrial waste residue棗fly ash and caustic sludge as main raw material, blending parts of chemical addition agent, then fine grinding, batching, sphereing and burning. The content of CaCO3 in caustic sludge is high, and it will thermal decompose to produce gas in the process of burning, forms porous structure to achieve the purpose of lightweight and low density. The article stresses to study the factors affecting the nature of ceramsite (including composing materials, blending weight, water梑lending ratio, modeling way, sintering temperature, chemical -3 addition agent and so on) and the mechanism of chemical addition agent. Then the article solves the question of reasonable blending weight of chemical addition agent, water梑lending ratio and fitting roasting temperature, tests each physical and mechanics nature of ceramsite (including barrel compressive strength, heaped density, specific absorption and so on). Caustic sludge is the waste residue discharged by caustic alkali process, and fly ash is the waste residue discharged by heating and power plant. Developing new high梥trength ceramsite with caustic sludge and fly ash is not only fully utilizing waste residue, reducing environmental pollution, but also lowering the cost of producing ceramsite products. So it has obvious economic returns and social effects. The last of two chapters It introduces the compounding of C50æ¡Ÿ65 high梥trength concrete, mainly through the way of adopting high梘rade cement and going with the high梕ffect water梤educing agent to affect in coordination. Aim directly at the characteristic of high梥trength concrete梑ig cement weight and shrinkage, it adopts water梥oaked ceramsite as water梤eleasing source, to substitute with parts of macadam, then reduces the dry shrinkage of high梥trength concrete. The experiments adopt orthogonal design, choose ceramsite blending weight, cement weight, wateræ¢'ement ratio as the main factors affecting shrinkage. The experiments study the effect of these factors on the dry shrinkage of different grade high梥trength concrete and compound C30 ordinary strength concrete as the contrast. The conclusions make clear that it will reduce the dry shrinkage of high梥trength concrete in a certain degree by adopting water梥oaked ceramsite as water梤eleasing source.
