Oil consumption is increasing rapidly with the development of Chinese economy including a big part of import transported by oil tank (more than 90%). The operator implement various of methods to decrease the operation cost to save fuel consumption due to the high cost of oil transport by oil tank. According to the steam heating, heating time is significant for heating process such as early and excess heating leads to waste fuel and increase cost and late and insufficient heating leads to difficultly unload. In a word, it is meaningful to develop a scheme of heating and presevation.In this paper, a heating and presevation model has been developed to predict the heat transport on oil tank, coupling with the data and signal by preesure and temperature sensor based on industrial signal acquisition technology, then analyize and save the data after ignoring the hydrographical meteorology, hull structure,physical properities of cargo oil and other medium for improvment of precision. The script of software is developed based on the C# programming enviroment of visual studion 2005.In " YANG MEI HU " No.085 and 086 voyage of the two data collection and analysis, the following conclusions have been:Tanker cargo oil heating insulation system has good accuracy, through the collection of data on ship and calculation data by software, found that the overall operation of the program error is less than 10% which is in the controllable range; And the comparing with the compuation result by software, including steam valve conditions and oil consumption of boiler.
