| The construction of highways in China had a rapid progress in the 1990s, nowadays these highways faced with the damage and hard to maintain. Asphalt recycling is considered as a new technology, has more advantages than traditional maintain in environment pollution and efficiency.In the paper, introduced destruction types and ways of asphalt pavement from the situation of high-grade road, based on this, collect the maintain technology and the equipment on it at home and aboard. Advance the practicality and feasibility of putting new road maintenance into practice in China by analyzing the broad highway maintenance technology. Through comparing the traditional heating, infrared heating and microwave heating, raise the implementation of microwave heating asphalt pavement, then introduce the principles and ways of microwave heat, based on this design the microwave heater and microwave radiation equipment. After the absorption characteristics experiment of microwave to asphalt pavement, analyzing the data of experiment to ensure that asphalt pavement has good absorption characteristic to microwave. Then we design the microwave heating asphalt pavement equipment, include the mechanical diagram, size marking and explanation, at the same time introduce the working way of equipment and the design on PLC.The technology of microwave heating asphalt pavement has a wilder development prospects, it has the advantages in efficiency, no pollution and so on, the design of microwave heating asphalt pavement has an important place in road maintain. The core of this paper is based on the good heating character of microwave, made microwave heating asphalt experiment, design the maintain equipment on these, lay a foundation to further development of road maintain device. |
