The Study On Navigation Safety And Countermeasures Of Artificial Island Project

In recent years, artificial islands are being widely used in oil and gas, transportation, construction and tourism industries. Compared with the traditional Coast of reclamation, artificial islands are more conductively used to beach resources of marine science, coordinated, and sustainable. From a practical point of view, the construction of artificial islands can really alleviate the tension of industrial and urban construction land conflicts, but meanwhile the construction of artificial island has some impact on navigable environment and navigation safety of the ship. In order to prevent disastrous consequences to the ecological environment because of the construction of artificial islands, our country will strictly control the construction of artificial island number and density, and strictly limit the construction of artificial island extent and location of the use of sea, and strengthen the use of sea on an artificial island review of the program, the implementation of construction and use of artificial island-wide process management, strengthen the oil and gas waste management, and so on, in the future.Compared with other shore projects, artificial island project has its own particularity. About the impact of artificial island project on the environment and navigation safety, there is little research at home and abroad.
