Single beam crane is widely used in factories, warehouses and other occasions, a huge number. In the traditional design analysis method, we should do the Force calculation and analysis with the Material mechanics principle, according to every crane's size parameters, in the calculation process not only has a lot of simplified treatment, also will spend a lot of time in a manual calculation, its accuracy can not get good guarantee.With finite element software development, such as ANSYS, ADINA, ABAQUS, MSC etc, we can do the Force calculation and analysis with finite element software, this greatly reduces the manual calculation and improves the calculation accuracy, but also want to spend a lot of time for modeling and it is a big problem for designers who can't use the finite element analysis software. So study and develop a set of parameterized analysis system is very necessary, let it provide good human-machine and easy communication interface for users who just enter the related parameters and can let computer finish analysis of modeling and stress, displacement, modal, stability, dynamic, etc automatically. Such parametric analysis system will greatly reduce the repeatability of modeling analysis process and by introducing an dynamic analysis, more reliable than traditional static analysis, so as to improve the reliability and efficiency of the enterprise's design analysis, speed up product development, also can be used for testing department on inspection and analysis of single-girder crane's structure, as long as operation software at the scene.This paper mainly using Visual C++development tools, ANSYS parametric technology together, developed a set of single-girder crane parametric analysis system, its main research content as follows:1) Using APDL language parametric establish the finite element model of two single-girder crane girder section, and compile APDL command flow about parametric loading, calculation, and extraction of results;2) The static analysis, modal analysis, harmonic analysis and impact analysis single-girder crane. And compile corresponding APDL command flow, as the foundation of developing parametric system with VC;3) Studied interface technology and mutual communication technology between VC6.0 and ANSYS, using VC package ANSYS;4) Using VC combined with ANSYS developed a set of analysis software have functions of parameterized modeling, stress, displacement and stability, mode, and the dynamic analysis.
