Gas turbine manufacturing technology has become the measure of a country's scientific and technological level,national defense capabilities and comprehensive national strength.But because of its high technical content,lots of integral parts,and spare parts working conditions,short working life,so for the product quality is higher.This study is the related theory analysis and software platform development of supporter of gas turbine with dynamic parameters,drawing the curve of the relationship between amplitude and frequency,.calculating the best supporter's characteristic parameters of optimization,and drawing cloud map of matching characteristics.In addition,in the current gas turbine periodic symmetrical design and supporting a APDL code development,based on the methods of subdividing parameters of supporter,expressions of relationship between parameters,creating many different sizes of the finite element model of supporter,add the parameter of angel in supporter's plate and bearing force analysis process.The independent software platform is developed using C++,to operate process of finite element analysis software,ANSYS(batch mode),finished the modeling,boundary conditions of loading and analysis.Combined with the supporter in practical works appear the working condition,this article have following aspects:1)In the past,on the basis of supporter's plate model of the positioning of size analyzed,and add a characteristic parameter:angel of the plate,and its geometric relations with each parameters,used for the development with APDL;2)Use of ANSYS provide APDL language fully realized the supporting a model,boundary conditions of loading and analysis in the process parameters,can get all kinds of different dimensions and different structure of supporting a model and the bearing force of statics analysis results;3)Research amplitude calculation of rotor-bearing system and optimized supporter,using C++ fully realized its mathematical process and able to draw up the related curve and the cloud map,and detailed introduces the algorithm process;4)Clearly design each module of software platform.The results of this paper provide aided design method for gas turbines.The way to develop software platform provides design shortcuts.In the paper the kind of parametric method,also suitable for other model parametric studies,kinetics parameters optimization method for the development of better performance and lays the foundation for gas turbines.
