As the important part of Automotive Transmission Systems, the rear axle of micro-vehicle can not only realize the function of reducing speed and increasing the torque, but change the transmission direction of torque and speed and realize differential movement. As the basic requirements for the working condition of Micro-car rear axle follows:smooth working, lower noise, small power loss, sufficient strength and stiffness, adapting to various road conditions, long service life, etc.With the development of automotive technology, good performance of the micro-car that people have become increasingly demanding are riding comfort, vehicle power, driving safety, fuel economy.Therefore, developing and producing high-quality macro bridge is the key part to improving the quality of micro-car.Based the need to reduce the vibration and noise of the rear axle produced by a company, and combined with our group the preliminary work done by other students, my article think out rear axle as the research object. In this paper I have done the following research:under the UG platform, have established the model of the vibration test platform and the model of the key components of the rear axle; Have discussed the generated reason of the rear axle noise and vibration, completed Modal analysis of the vibration test platform and obtained under the fourth-order mode shapes using ANSYS software, and compared analysis of results with the experimental results; using the test equipment developed by our group, have collected a variety of signal acquisition of rear axle at the scene, based on the vibration-time curve of various failure mechanisms, have found fault and guided the actual production; have created virtual prototype model of rear axle in MSC-Adams using the model established in UG, combining with the specific work of rear axle, selected the appropriate collision contact parameters, constraints, and load, and verified the correctness of the established model using the spin (ice walking) condition; On this basis, complete the dynamic simulation analysis in straight line, turning, reversing a straight line, external incentives and other conditionsThis paper is the first time in China to achieve the dynamics simulation of rear axle in the straight, turning, reversing a straight line, external incentives and other conditions,Then the simulation results are compared with actual results to further support the rear axle noise and vibration reduction, and play the actual production guidance,this research is in the front of this field.
