Ship is a complex spatial structure. Therefore the rational design of the ship in profile is always the most important issue of structural designers. Seek to meet the various constraints under the weight of the lightest or the cost structure of most provinces in the profile of optimal design of ships has important practical significance.In this paper, with the consideration of bulk carrier of Yangtze River in the structural characteristics, the Yangtze River section structure of bulk carriers in the minimum weight as the optimization target, determine the impact of the weight of the design variables. In the optimization, the use of the function of the improved ant colony algorithm can get the emerging global optimal solution. The method of search capability and high accuracy and easy to implement by computer program, easy to transplant, has broad applicability and good prospects for development. Programming for instance by improved ant colony algorithm with MATLAB programming language, use of the program examples in this article show that the ant colony algorithm to calculate the ship's structure can be applied to optimize the design, and can achieve good optimization results. |
