With the deepening of supply-side structural reform nationwide,the transportation industry has quickened its pace on the road of transformation and upgrading,and has gradually built a modern integrated transportation system.In addition,with the continuous promotion of "One Belt And One Road" and "Yangtze River economic belt" and other major strategies,the central region and the economic and social development along the river have also ushered in great opportunities.Therefore,it has further promoted the transportation of the main line of the Yangtze River,especially bulk cargo,and also put forward new higher requirements for the ports of the Yangtze River main line.Under the background of these problems,this paper intends to carry out research on the adaptability of bulk cargo ports distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:First of all,we analyzed the current situation of the Yangtze River cargo transportation and the status of the port development,and put forward the existing problems of major bulk-cargo transport port in the light of its development trend.Secondly,we put forward the major factors influencing the adaptability of stape bulk-cargo transportation in port.At the same time,four-levels of evaluation system are constructed in four aspects,such as macro environment,infrastructure,logistics transportation and comprehensive service.The Delphi method was used to select 24 underlying indexes as the main evaluation target.Thirdly,we compared the evaluation models that were used frequently.We also designed a comprehensive evaluation model of AHP and BP neural network when we have pointed out the shortcomings of the BP neural network evaluation model.Through the calculation of the components of the comprehensive model and the comparison of relevant parameters,we set up a set of random samples to train the network according to the evaluation index system.And this test formed a complete and reusable evaluation model.Finally,we have selected six representative ports of different sizes,through the analysis of the shipping environment in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.And we also evaluated the collected data with the neural network evaluation model which has been trained and tested.Then,we predict the development in the future and make an evaluation through the prediction of the economy and the volume of transportation.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the evaluation port are put forward combined with the evaluation of the status quo and future trend evaluation.In this paper,the research provides the port adaptability evaluation on a new idea of model building and how to construct evaluation mode.Relatively complete the deficiency of the single evaluation method,and make evaluation model a reusable evaluation tool.In addition,this paper provides reference for bulk cargo transportation and port development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.It is conducive to the development of bulk cargo transportation in the Yangtze River and further the development of Yangtze River shipping.It is helpful for port to formulate development strategy and promote the synchronous development of port city.Finally,promote the development of "Yangtze River economic belt" and urban agglomeration.Let the development of areas along the Yangtze River integrate,smoothly,into the implementation of "One Belt And One Road" strategy.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the study of adaptive evaluation of coastal ports,which has certain practical value. |
