With the rapid development of China's chemical industry, our country's hazardous chemical materials accident shows ascendant trend. These items from the production, storage area transfer to the consumption process, based mainly on road transport vehicles. Due to their own risk, a traffic accident or a leakage accident in Hazardous chemicals transit, is not only fatal car crash, but also will to cause fire, explosion, corrosion, toxicity and other serious disasters, and endanger public safety and people's life and property security, and causing environmental pollution. Because of dangerous chemicals in transport has great risk, the slightest mistake, it could lead to disastrous consequences.The paper is to research a hazardous chemical tank car monitor system, which can collect, analyze and send out some related parameters, and realize reporting dangerous situations to transportation control center. According to the application requirements of transporting dangerous goods, pertinently selection of posture, pressure, liquid level, acceleration, temperature and other sensors to trigger to wake up the system, attitude sensors, the use of signal processing technology, the multi-sensor signal processing and integration, Standard signal output, the use of sensor detection technology, GPS satellite positioning technology, GPRS and other technologies to build long-range communication technology communication systems and testing platform, The development of a transportation of dangerous goods in a dangerous position, on the status of dangerous goods and transport vehicles Detection and alarm systems.The system uses posture sensors trigger.
