The characteristics of road transport such as flexibility and adaptability make it an important way to transport hazardous materials in cities.However,there are many uncertain factors affecting the risks of urban roads,which greatly increase the possibility of accidents in the process of transportation of hazardous materials.If an accident occurs in the process of urban road transportation,it will cause great damage to the residents and the environment along the road.The government supervision department of the transportation of hazardous materials takes the safety as the primary purpose,while most of the transportation enterprises of hazardous materials take the maximum profit as the primary purpose,so it is an important way to balance the safety and economy to make a scientific scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a scientific vehicle scheduling to balance the safety and economy of the transportation.This paper takes the hazardous materials transportation vehicle scheduling as the research object.First of all,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the hazardous materials transportation vehicle scheduling are summarized.And the basic theories of transportation risk definition,risk equilibrium coefficient and robust optimization are summarized.Then,the main body of the paper is divided into four chapters according to whether there are multiple distribution centers and whether the section risk is determined: Research on scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles in single distribution center considering risk equilibrium,Research on scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles in multi-distribution center considering risk equilibrium,Research on robust scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles in single distribution center considering risk equilibrium,Research on robust scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles in multi-distribution center considering risk equilibrium;The multi-objective vehicle scheduling model established in each chapter contains four objective functions: minimize risk,minimize cost,minimize risk equilibrium value and minimize duration.In the case of risk uncertainty,robust discrete optimization is introduced to transform the uncertain model into a peer model.In terms of model solving algorithm,a hybrid particle swarm algorithm is constructed based on the introduction of crossover and mutation operators in genetic algorithm.In which the single distribution center is a two-stage coding strategy and the multi-distribution center is a three-stage coding strategy.Finally,in each chapter,based on the constructed transportation network,the constructed hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the case and analyze the results.The research results show that for government regulatory agencies,the hazardous materials transport vehicles scheduling minimizes the risk value and makes the risk distribution more balanced,so that the vehicle can avoid certain road sections with relatively large risk values.For transportation companies,the hazardous materials transport vehicles scheduling minimizes the cost and minimizes the task duration,thereby shortening the task duration.With the introduction of the robust control parameters under the condition of risk uncertainty,the Scheduling of hazardous materials transport vehicles with different robustness can be obtained.In general,the scheduling to the program has a certain reference value for decision makers.
