With China’s six major railway scale speed and the rapid development of high-speed train, the work of maintenance and repair only by human has failed to meet the needs of the busy railway maintenance. So, maintenance of the railway line to enter the era of mechanization. Especially the speed of large-scale road maintenance machinery constantly improve its reliability, comfort, security, etc. also put forward strict requirements, particularly the braking, it is one of the most important technological development of large-scale road maintenance machinery.Therefore, to enhance the braking technology is particularly important in the development of large-scale road maintenance machinery.At present, the train braking technology at home and abroad have already broken through the traditional experimental methods, and have developed a model suited to their national air brake system. The AMESim simulation platform to achieve a simulation study of the urban rail vehicle braking system, including the components of the WSP valve, numerical valve, relay valve and so on in the brake system, which play an important role in the use of the project. For our country’s air brake system research, especially the computer simulation of the braking system has just started. Therefore, this thesis use mature AMESim simulation platform to research on brake system of the leading measurement vehicle, which to optimize the braking system of China’s large-scale road maintenance machinery and to provide a theoretical reference for the full realization of the localization process.This article research and analyze with the structure and working principle of the brake system of the leading measurements by the104air brake and use AMESim senior system simulation software to simulate the braking system of the leading measurement vehicle. To analyze the braking performance of the service braking and emergency braking condition, and the simulation results and based on705type test bench test results were compared and analyzed, the simulation results are correct and reliable. The same time, by analyzing the impact of the main parameters of the braking performance to achieve an ability for predicting brake system performance, and to provide a strong basis for optimizing the system. Finally,based on the reliable AMESim simulation results, checking the rationality of the braking performance of the leading measurement vehicle. So as to achieve a simulation study on the braking system, and to provide a reliable basis for the development of the braking system of the leading measurement vehicle.
