A Study On EMUs Allocation Plan Of Dedicated Passenger Line Based On Passenger Train Plan

China is in the period of the Dedicated Passenger Line's large-scale construction, during this period, plenty of EMUs are putting into use. The reasonable EMUs allocation planning is an important part of transportation organization of Dedicated Passenger Line, and it is the theory foundation of transportation organization of Dedicated Passenger Line.The key point of this paper is calculating the EMUs allocation number with the passenger train planning.Firstly this paper analysis motor's allocation condition of existing line, overseas EMUs'allocation condition In Japan France and Germany for example. Dedicated Passenger Line's EMUs' allocation detailed analyzed from the principle of EMUs' allocation, maintenance system, administrative department. And the influence factors of Dedicated Passenger Line's EMUs' allocation are summarizedIn the above analysis, this paper qualitative and quantitative analysis the relation of EMUs allocation plan and passenger train plan, EMU with speed of the running train, mode of stop, the twain number of the train,the section of the train. In the above analysis, this paper established EMU scheduling based on passenger train plan. And model is established, combining the trains of station in the section: combination of train in the same direction; combination of insert trains. The model of EMUs scheduling network is established. The method of times of level 1 maintenance, the number of EMUs circulation and capacity of level 1 maintenance are established. Finally the computing method of the number of standby EMUs and maintenance EMUs is established.Finally, this paper uses genetic algorithm, Wuhan-Guangzhou Dedicated Passenger Line and Shanghai-Nanjing inter-city railway is the example. the design gives relatively accurate EMUs allocation plan and provide a new thinking for the field of EMUs allocation plan...
