This paper introduces the status and development of maintenance management for high speed railway at home and abroad,presents the traditional maintenance system by the division of labor management has not adapted to the current railway rapid development , and the establishment of"Integrated Maintenance"system which integrates communication and signaling maintenance, track maintenance and power supply maintenance is imperative. To this end, the integrated maintenance scheduling system of passenger dedicated line is developed. The system which supports the development of integrated maintenance system in technology can provide integrated maintenance plan by the way of human-computer interaction.Firstly, the skylight arrangement scheme of China passenger dedicated line is introduced by analyzing the type, arrangement mode and occupation time of the skylight at home and abroad, which lay the foundation for standardizing the maintenance plan; secondly, the overall design of the system is given through the description of function design and database design. Thirdly, by analyzing the characteristic of integrated maintenance monthly plan , the paper introduces the mathematic model for planning ,determines the application of dynamic programming and backtracking, and brings up the manual adjustment function in the case of not fully meeting the requirements; finally, the paper introduces the main implementation process of the system.Currently, using Java-language integrated maintenance scheduling system has been developed in the simulation laboratory. It is demonstrated to be useful and optimal by the calculation of the actual data.
