It's the developing trend that AC motor will instead of DC motor. And the frequency conversion technology of AC motor has become a popular way to Adjustable-speed for its excellent characteristics. It is one of major means of promotion technology to save energy and improve process flaw in order to raise the product quality and improve environment.This paper uses TMS320F2812 as main control chip, combine with High-speed digital processor and intelligent control theory which will make Frequency conversion system more intelligent.This paper describes the fundamental principles the voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), the inverters based on SVPWM technique have many good qualitics, such as less pulsating torque, higher use of DC bus voltage, less switching loss. So it is applicable for the high-performance motor control system.This paper is base on Vector control theory Combine with Motor mathematical model and use the signal producing by SVPWM tech to Drive motor.The hardware system uses the AC-DC-AC Topological structure. The system can judge the torque size of its output by busbar current, and protect the circuit to control motor in time by Temperature, pressure, flow, over torque, to ensure the Stability and reliability of the System performance.This paper elaborates the mathematics model establishment of asynchronous motor and using Matlab/Simulink software environment to establish a simulation model which will regulate Simulation parameters and analyse simulation waveform.Last, test the motor sample, analyse its test waveforms figure. And get the result that the static performance and dynamic performance of this system are good. Also this system has met the requirement of High-performance ac speed regulation system. In the end, we sum up the insufficiency of the whole system and predict the direction of further research.
