Along with the fast development of semiconductor industry, specially the digital signal processor appearance, as well as the precise inductor motor model and each kind of advanced control strategy propose, the development of electrical machinery controlled have resulted in the development of a highly reliable drive with highly accurate and variable speed controls.Field Oriented Control(FOC) is one of the advanced theories, Which is based on motor unification principle, energy conversion and vector coordinate transformation theory. It has many advantages such as novelty, practicability and advancement. By transforming the model of AC motor to DC motor, the stator current is decomposed into two DC parts which are orieniated towards the rotator magnetic field and controlled respectively. Thus the magnetic flux and torque are decoupled. In which way, it controls the asynchronous motor in a synchronous way.Using DSP of TI inc.-TMS320LF2407A, this thesis develops a general AC Variable-Speed system, and then carries out the research on various new control strategiesfor induction motor based on it.As for hardware, TMS320LF2407A is the control unit. Digital signal board mainly implements frequency giving, data display, comunication and so on. Analog signal board mainly detects current signals, voltage signals and implements fault protect. Main circuit adopts the AC-DC-AC structure as main switch.The software implements sine Pulse Widih Modulation(SPWM), Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM) using assembly language of TMS320LF2407A and achieves the purpose of variable-frequency adjusting-speed for induction motorThe experimental results indicate that the scheme of softwareand hardware is successful. Using digital signal processor(DSP), TMS320LF2407A, which is special for motor control, we develop a suit of speed adjustable, reliable and highly effective induction drive based on FOC principle.Realization of the whole hardware and the whole software is described. At the same time, a new Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) named Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM) method is introduced Which is more effective.
