The Design And Building Of Hydraulic Hammer Test Stand

This paper has discussed the development of hydraulic hammer technology and the status and trend of testing method at home and abroad. Based on the popular used of hydraulic hammer, closely combining experiment research in laboratory ,a practical experimental testing platform of hydraulic hammer has been developed, so as to make technical preparation for structural improvement and parameter optimization of hydraulic hammer.Experimental program of hydraulic hammer testing has been designed and completed. According to the needs of experiment,a test bench has been designed. Working parameter and performance of hydraulic hammer in each production process are analyzed to choose appropriate sensors to measure these parameters, which combined with laboratory experimental study. Structure of information collection system utilizes the distributed data acquisition and wireless network technology. Use computer as the data collection terminal. Local area network is established during the experimental testing, which has been improved the efficiency of data collection. Taiwan Advantech ADAM-600 series is chosen as data acquisition I/O module. ADAM-6000 series supports Modbus/TCP protocol, which increase the transmission capacity in real time effectively. The design and building of this hydraulic hammer testing platform is complete, interior construction is already in progress. Structural improvement and performance optimization of this hydraulic hammer provides certain experimental base. This platform can be extended for further development. This platform provides a reference for testing experimental work experience, has a certain development model significance and of great value.
