For discrete mechanical product manufacturing enterprises,product quality is significantly determined by the production processes.Therefore,as the most important means of quality control,quality tracing largely determines the quality of mechanical products.Among them,tracing analysis,which targeted at analyzing possible causing of quality problem,is a core part of the quality tracing.There are many problems in the quality tracing analysis in discrete manufacturing enterprises currently,including poor accuracy,low efficiency and difficult to generalization.Aiming at aforementioned problems,this thesis has designed a quality tracing analysis method for discrete mechanical products manufacturing based on LOF(local outlier factor)algorithm,and has verified the proposed method with experiments.Then,the Density-based Outlier Detection method involved in the proposed method has been further improved.Finally,a B/S mode quality tracing analysis software based on the proposed method is designed and constructed.Specifically,the following work has been finished:1.Key technology of quality control,traceability of quality,tracing object,tracing processes and data mining in discrete mechanical products manufacturing has been studied.2.In order to boost efficiency,the density-based outlier detection algorithm used in the proposed quality tracing analysis method has been further improved.Both the original and improved method have been adopted to analyze three sets of data(a set of artificial data,KDD Cup99 data set and data manufacturing processes),by comparing the outcomes of them,the accuracy,efficiency and stability of the improved method has been assessed.3.A method of quality tracing analysis based on outlier detection technology has been designed,and a detail explanation of the implementation processes of the method has been provided.A data set of manufacturing processes from a real enterprise has been analyzed with the proposed method,which validated the feasibility of the method.4.Based on a requirements analysis,a B/S mode quality tracing analysis software has been designed,a software platform is constructed and core functions of the software have been achieved.Experiment outcomes show that,the proposed method can achieve the desired results.
