In this article the characteristics and development history of privacy of Chinese scholar-bureaucrat are fully studied. The aims of the study is reached, so it helps us understand the inner relationship of Chinese traditional culture and Chinese classic garden and in which way they affect each other; it also helps us understand the taste of the art of landscape architecture and its development in certain times.
