At present, with the rapid development of high-rise buildings, higher requirements of the foundation pit forms and scheme optimization are put forward because of the deeper building pit, the complex surrounding environment and difficult construction. Therefore, how to choose a scientific and safe, technically feasible and economical, and simply constructional support program with other comprehensive aspects of benefits, is the main content of foundation projects to solve and a difficult and hot issues for policy makers need to face.Based on the current status of foundation projects in Nanchang, This article describes several supporting structure characteristics of the current use in detail, and comprehensively analyze and summarize regional geological structure characteristics, information about the Foundation and the characteristics of the soil, groundwater, groundwater, strata distribution type and depth in Nanchang; different factors are summarized depending on the impact of foundation support structure types, and gives a recommend table of pit program selection according to different depth range, different conditions. Then, the initial formulation of the Foundation is filed using Delphi scoring method of pit optimization evaluation index system, and the hierarchy analysis method of the index weight in systems engineering and Multi-objective fuzzy mathematics theory are utilized to establish a set of simple, practical support scheme selection of mathematical model, furthermore, thoughts of value engineering optimization model is used for further optimization and combine with a specific project to verify the efficiency and practicality of optimum model.
